Monmouth County Historical Association Schedules Children's Programs

As we head into the last few weeks of summer, are you looking for something to do with your children that is both fun and educational? Come to a special program for children of all ages!

The Mystery of Micah Williams: Discover the Secrets of a Traveling Artist

Micah Williams was a traveling folk artist working in Monmouth County in the early 1800's. Many children and families posed for Williams during this time. Take a special half-hour child-friendly tour with Curator Bernadette Rogoff and learn more about this mysterious artist.

Explore the Discovery Room with Senior Education Coordinator Glenn May and pose for your own portrait in the Picture YourSelf portion of the exhibition. Each child will take home their portrait.
