"The Way We Were/The Way We Are"

The Jewish Heritage Museum will present the Oasis Players in a concert, "The Way We Were/The Way We Are" on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at 2:00 PM.  The concert is a tribute to Marvin Hamlisch, Hal David, Brill Building Jewish composers, composers of Disney films and contemporary music.  The cost is $18.00 for members, $20.00 for non-members.

The Oasis Players first appeared at the Museum in 2009 with "Romantic Notions: Love Songs from the Great American Songbook", in the fall of 2011 with “A Lot of Night Music" and again in November 2012 with a cabaret celebrating a century of music and lyrics by Jewish American songwriters. The performers are comprised of musicians from all over Monmouth County.
