2 Galloway Men Face Drug, Gun Charges: Prosecutor
Two Galloway men were charged following a five week narcotics investigation, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.
GALLOWAY, NJ — Two Galloway men were charged after a five week long narcotics investigation, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.
Jalen Torres, 19, and Ibin Ingrum, 18, were both charged with first and second degree controlled dangerous substance and firearms offenses, Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor William Reynolds said.
On July 21, members of the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Unit (GGN), along with members of the Galloway Township Police Department and Atlantic County SWAT, executed a search warrant on two residences at Colonial Court and Patriots Court, Reynolds said.

Both search warrants were the result of an approximately five week long GGN unit investigation, Reynolds said.
Police recovered the following items from the Patriots Court residence.

- Smith & Wesson 9 mm. handgun loaded with ball ammunition with hollow point ammunition in the chamber. (This firearm was located on the person of Torres).
- Multiple rounds of ball and hollow point ammunition along with shotgun shells.
- Three high-capacity ammunition magazines.
- $116.00 cash.
- One digital scale.
Police recovered the following items from the Colonial Court residence.
- Smith & Wesson .40 caliber handgun loaded with ball ammunition.
- Taurus 9 mm. handgun loaded with ball ammunition.
- Winchester 12-gauge Shotgun.
- Multiple rounds of ball and hollow point ammunition.
- Three high-capacity ammunition magazines.
- Approximately 147.2 grams of suspected heroin/fentanyl (approximately 5.19 ounces).
- Approximately 39.3 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine (approximately 1.38 ounces).
- $622.00 cash.
- Multiple digital scales/paraphernalia.
Both Torres and Ingrum were taken to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office for processing and lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility, Reynolds said.
