Some Places Go Above and Beyond When It Comes to Customer Service

Hello and welcome to "Our little Blog Patch"

Well after our Earthquake and Hurricane, I guess I've been sitting around looking for the locusts!!!! Hope everyone had a wonderful summer and is ready to enjoy the fall and all the great events associated with it.

One of those things is dining out. It's funny for I saw a report on TV today about the country's tipping habits. Where do you fall when you are out at your favorite hot spot and you are tipping your servers? Do you judge that on the actual service?

I'd like to share just a couple of places that I have been to that ALWAYS give me excellent service. I know that there are good and bad days for everyone . If you are in the “customer service” business, you have to provide good customer service pretty much all the time, even when you are on one of those bad days.

I'd like to mention both of our local Denny's restaurants. One is Northfield and one right here in Absecon/Galloway for outstanding customer service. Always a smile on your server's face and always making sure your experience was a good one.

How about Barista's coffee shop? Have you ever been in there where the services was not superior and the product was not great? I don't think so.

Another place I frequent is Superior Auto Detailing in Northfield. Luke is always around to make your day extra special by going above and beyond in servicing your vehicle. Another great service spot for your vehicle is Purdy Collision right here in Galloway. The staff is friendly and professional and you feel right at home.

Customer service is no joke. I know that I always try to go the extra mile in making sure my customers and clients are happy. These are just a few places that I like to go to . I go back because of the quality, I go back often because of the outstanding customer service.

You can usually tell right away how your experience is going to be when you are out. If something doesn't seem right, you can usually recognize that. Again, even on an off day, a place with great customer service will recognize that too and go out of their way to make the experience better for you. These people want your business. They want you to come back and they know you will tell your friends.
