You Are Invited!

Hello readers,

It is that time of year again where I open up a venue to “Cross the Line." I do this event once a year to kind of celebrate how the company has grown and give back to those who have helped along the way.

I bring the business and entertainment communities together to mix and mingle and to “Cross the Line” with each other. The event is free. However I do an optional $5 donation to Brain Cancer research. If you follow my blog, you will know that Brain Cancer is what took my mom and we hear more and more about it each day

This year, we have the second installment of the North Star Awards. These are 3 people that stand out in the community and have helped 4 A STAR grow in some way. I choose one foundation among the 3 as well. By doing our “Charity Day” in May, we have made wonderful connections with charities all over the tri-State area and beyond.

I would like to extend my invitation to the Patch readers and invite you to join us Friday evening from 6:30-8:30 at the Foundation Room of the Showboat. You may even see a prominent Patch personality there! Just tell them Ava sent you and you are in!

I will have a celebration cake. However I advise you to eat before you come. A cash bar will be available. We always have some prizes and surprises at this event. One of the things you can see is the Elev8 bike that was just featured on the talk show, The Doctors.
