Former Galloway Councilwoman: Atlantic City Still Thriving

Whitney Ullman tells My 9 NJ that Atlantic City has been getting a bad wrap in the national media.

As the Atlantic City casino industry struggles through 2014, former Galloway Councilwoman Whitney Ullman tells My 9 NJ that the city is still thriving despite a “bad misconception” in the national media.

“I think there’s a big misconception in the national media and I think if people would actually come to Atlantic City they would see that there is a lot going on and that we are thriving,” Ullman said in the report.

The Showboat and Trump Plaza are both scheduled to close next month, and The Revel is set to go to bid next month.
