Fugitive Charged With Murder In Atlantic County: Prosecutor
An Egg Harbor Township man has been charged with murder after a February Somers Point shooting, but is currently a fugitive, officials said.
ATLANTIC COUNTY, NJ — A 20-year-old Egg Harbor Township man has been charged with murder in connection with a Feb. 10, 2022 shooting in Somers Point, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said Friday.
Acting Prosecutor William E. Reynolds alleges that Tyreek Crawford shot and killed Joshua Hannah in the Somers Point Village Apartments.
Crawford has not been arrested and is currently a fugitive wanted for murder, Reynolds said.

As a result of the investigation, Crawford has also been charged with possession of a weapon (firearm) for unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon (firearm), Reynolds said.
On Feb. 10, shortly before 8:30 p.m., Somers Point police responded to a 911 call of a shooting in the apartment complex, Reynolds said. Hannah was found with a gunshot wound, Reynolds said. He was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, and an autopsy revealed that the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the torso and the manner of death was homicide, Reynolds said.
