The Mental Health Association in Atlantic County is offering classes for Mental Health First Aid, a national curriculum. Classes are geared for the general public as well as county residents working in healthcare, social work, law enforcement and clergy. Topics include: education about mental illness and addictions, tips for talking to people in crisis, identification of risk factors/warning signs and resources for interventions and recovery.
