Gloucester Council Approves 21 Homes In Cobblestone Farms
The township approved the homes on second reading Monday night. The developer can apply for a fee so these homes are not affordable housing.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ - Gloucester Township Council unanimously approved plans for single-family homes in the Cobblestone Farms neighborhood down Mullen Drive in the Sicklerville section of the township Monday night.
Although it was approved under the title of the New Vision Single-Family Residential Overlay plan, the developer for this project is not the same developer that will work on the housing complex at the former Nike radar site on Williamstown Road, according to township officials.
The Nike missile base plan was also approved as a “New Vision” project. Read more here: Housing Units Set For Former Nike Missile Base In Gloucester Township

One similarity is that the developer will be eligible to pay a developer’s fee so that none of the 21 homes on the nearly 10 acres of land would have to be designated as low- or moderate-income, according to officials. The fee is 1.5 percent of the assessed value for each unit.
Building specifications and further details on the location of the development were posted on the township’s website as part of the agenda packet.
