"A lot of people worked very hard to get justice for this child. I’m grateful for their efforts and appreciate the time and attention that the jury gave this case," said Camden County Prosecutor's Office Homicide Section Chief Peter Gallagher.
At the time of the 17-month-old's death, a neighbor said, Reynolds was getting ready for work when Reynolds went to check on her son who had been napping in his crib in his Sicklerville home.

When Reynolds discovered he was unresponsive, she rushed to seek help from her neighbors, the neighbor said. Reynolds said she couldn't call 911 because her cell phone had died, the neighbor said.
Reynolds also asked if anyone in the house knew CPR, the neighbor continued. The neighbor called 911, and the toddler was administered CPR, the neighbor said.
The boy was pronounced dead a short time later, according to the neighbor.
The autopsy showed the child died from asphyxia and the manner of death was a homicide, Patch previously reported.
