The rally will be preceded by a special VIP reception that will be attended by U.S. Senators Bob Menendez and Cory Booker. The reception is also at the college, and tickets for that event are $2,800.
The Camden County Republicans will hold their own counter-rally at the college on the same day. The reception comes a little more than a month after President Donald Trump held a rally in Wildwood and deemed South Jersey "Trump Country."

“Donald Trump says South Jersey is Trump Country — let's prove him wrong,” Norcross said in a letter to supporters. “Join Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Governor Phil Murphy in supporting the re-election of Congressman Donald Norcross as we Rally for Progress.”
Norcross is in a race against pro-Trump Republican Claire Gustafson, a former Collingswood School Board Member who said she is "looking forward to Pelosi's visit."
