Package Thief Who Hit Cop With Car In Gloucester Twp. Has Been Caught: Police
Federal marshals found her days after she struck the officer while evading arrest, officials said.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — A woman was apprehended Monday after stealing packages off Gloucester Township porches and hitting an officer with her vehicle as she evaded arrest, officials said.
Federal marshals took Ebony Gomez into custody at about 2 p.m. Monday in Monroe Township.
Surveillance video showed Gomez — then-unidentifed — taking packages from several porches around the township in early December, police said. When one resident confronted Gomez, the suspect falsely identified herself as a delivery driver who made a mistake, according to law enforcement.
