A Rite Aid store in Sewell will now offer coronavirus testing as of Monday, Rite Aid officials announced on Thursday.
Rite Aid is adding a second self-swab testing site for new coronavirus in South Jersey and expanding eligibility to include asymptomatic adults across all new and existing test sites, store officials announced.
Beginning Monday, the Rite Aid at 500 Woodbury-Glassboro Road in Sewell will offer free self-swab coronavirus testing, store officials announced on Thursday. The Rite Aid at 501 Clements Bridge Road in Barrington already offers testing.
The Swedesboro store is one of 46 new stores nationwide to begin offering free self-swab testing on May 11. Most of the new testing sites will operate through the Rite Aid store’s drive-through window and all will continue to utilize self-swab nasal tests overseen by Rite Aid pharmacists.
