Annual Hackettstown Art Auction to Benefit Local Church

Marlin Art of New York presents fine art, memorabilia, and glass at up to 1⁄2 off gallery prices.

The Church of the Assumption in Hackettstown will be presenting its annual benefit auction on Saturday, March 14, 2015. Marlin Art of New York will present approximately 160 pieces of art, memorabilia, and glass. The artwork, which is up to 1⁄2 off gallery prices, will be auctioned in a professional manner.

Maureen Toye, Chairperson of the event said, “We are delighted to present such a distinguished collection of art, and we will have something for everyone’s taste and price range.” As an example, Ms. Toye cited the works of Jane Wooster Scott, LeRoy Neiman, Guido Borelli, Andrew Wyeth, and many others.

The price of admission is $10.00 and the public is invited to attend. The price includes complimentary wine and hours d’oeuvres, accompanied by a live pianist during the preview.

The preview will begin at 7:00PM and the auction will begin promptly at 8:00PM. The event will take place St. Mary’s School at 305 High Street in Hackettstown. Please join us for a social event you will not want to miss!
