The annual Hackettstown Business Improvement District Blash Carnival will be held Friday, Sept. 28 through Sunday, Sept. 30.
Carnival times are:
Friday, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Saturday, Noon to 10 p.m.
Sunday, Noon to 5 p.m.
