You are invited to join us for our next Mothers Group on Saturday, July 16th from 10-11am. Certified massage therapist Adair Moore Sattely will teach us techniques to soothe our babies and promote health through infant massage. Please bring your infant or a baby doll to practice on. Also, please bring 3 bath towels to roll up around the baby while massaging.

Our Mothers Group is open to everyone, free of charge, and children are always welcome! Playgroup follows from 11-12.
