Man Threatened To Shoot Judge At Warren County Court: Sheriff
Breaking: A man was arrested after allegedly making several threats over the week, culminating in a threat to kill, the sheriff said.

BELVIDERE, NJ — A man was arrested after threatening to shoot a judge at the Warren County Courthouse Friday morning, the sheriff's office said.
Nelson A. Martinez is accused of calling the courthouse just after 10 a.m. on Friday, saying he was going to shoot a judge in 44 minutes, Warren County Sheriff James J. McDonald said. The courthouse and the schools, which are located nearby, were immediately put on lockdown.
This was not the first threat Martinez made this week, McDonald said.

"On Tuesday, a threat was made to his son’s mother. On Wednesday, threats were made to the Department of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP). On Thursday, threats were made to the DCPP, the Warren County State Judiciary Offices and the Phillipsburg Police Department. On Friday, threats were made to the DCPP and the Warren County State Judiciary Offices," McDonald said. During the Friday threats, Martinez allegedly threatened to kill several others and himself if his demands were not met.
He was arrested at 12:35 p.m. in Easton, Pennsylvania by U.S. Marshalls, McDonald said.
