Separate I-295 Crashes Cause Delays Up To 20 Minutes In Camden Co.: Officials

CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ — Two separate crashes on Interstate 295 may cause issues Wednesday morning for Camden County drivers, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT).

The first crash, reported at 8:46 a.m., occurred on I-295 northbound at Exit 29 to Route 30 in Barrington, officials said. The two left lanes are closed, prompting delays of 15-20 minutes as of 9:15 a.m., according to NJDOT.

The latter crash, reported at 9:01 a.m., took place on I-295 southbound — just south of Exit 34 to Route 70 in Cherry Hill. The right shoulder is closed as of 9:15 a.m., but NJDOT hasn't reported any additional delays from the collision.
