Haddon Township Girl, 6, Collects 1,200 Socks For Cooper Patients
Lily Cuticchia collected 1,200 pairs of socks for Cooper patients after her mom began working there in the fall.

HADDON TOWNSHIP, NJ — A six-year-old Haddon Township girl collected nearly 1,200 pairs of new socks for patients in Cooper University Health Care’s emergency department and addiction medicine programs, the health system announced.
When Jordan Murphy began working in the Addiction Medicine Department at Cooper in the fall, her daughter, Lily Cuticchia, took a keen interest in her mother’s job.
Cuticchia developed a particular concern for the patients at the hospital. She asked hospital staff how she could help. What she learned was that patients who come to the Addiction Medicine Program and Emergency Department are often in need of socks.
