Other places in Camden and Burlington counties are also getting ready for St. Patrick's Day.

CAMDEN COUNTY — Some establishments in Haddon Township, Maple Shade and elsewhere in Camden and Burlington counties are making it easy for residents to get their share of St. Patrick’s Day-themed food and drink this week.
The Pour House in Haddon Township, for the first time ever, will hold Kegs and Eggs, and open at 9 a.m. on St Patrick’s Day, Michael Perro, the director of New Jersey Operations for the PJW Restaurant Group, told Patch.
The breakfast special only lasts until 11 a.m., he added. “If you show up at 11:15 a.m. for the eggs, you’re out of luck.”

That’s because when the clock strikes 11, The Pour House moves to its regular food menu, as well as a sandwich and a platter with (what else but) corned beef, Perro said. according to Perro. Depending on which option a patron chooses, boiled potatoes and cabbage will also be served.
The restaurant will also serve up its usual beverages and some Irish-themed drinks on St. Patrick’s Day. According to Perro, these include Shamrock Juice (which contains vodka, gin, rum, tequila mixed with blue curacao and orange juice) and Irish Trash Can (according to Perro, this drink contains vodka, rum, gin, triple sec and some original Red Bull).

The annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration in Haddon Square takes place from 2 p.m. to 10 p,m. on Thursday and Saturday, according to Haddon Township’s website. The Pour House, Keg & Kitchen, Tom Fischer’s Tavern, PJ Whelihan’s, Central Taco & Tequila, treno pizza bar, Brewer’s Towne Tavern and Taproom & Grill are all participating in this year’s event, the township said.
Other restaurants, including the Whistler’s Inn Bar and Pub in Cinnaminson and the Seven Tap-Tavern in Maple Shade, are open for business and provide another option for St. Patrick’s Day revelers.
Then for dessert (or maybe breakfast, or dinner, depending on one’s eating schedule), there are the Irish potatoes that the staff at Cheese Etc. & Gourmet Gifts in Haddon Township makes. However, those interested should check in with the shop sooner rather than later for the creamy-cinnamon-coconut-cream cheese concoctions, owner Gina Horlacher said.
“My customers know I’m here every day, so when they want to order something they do so online, they choose our curbside pickup option and then we just call them when their order is ready,” she told Patch.
The staff at Cheese Etc. & Gourmet Gifts also makes cheese spreads, and there were still some available at the time Patch spoke to Horlacher.
Depending on what remains from such orders, Horlacher said she may open for a couple of hours later this week, and if she does, she’d make an announcement on Cheese Etc. & Gourmet Gifts’ Twitter or Facebook pages.
“We may post on social media, ‘Hey, we're in the kitchen tomorrow from 11 to 3, feel free to pop-in,’” she said.
