Haddonfield School District Names New Superintendent: Report
Dr. Lawrence Mussoline will assume the position in July, the Haddonfield Sun reports.

HADDONFIELD, NJ — The Haddonfield Public School District has reportedly named a new Superintendent of Schools following the sudden resignation of Dr. Richard Perry.
The Board of Education has approved a five-year contract with Dr. Lawrence Mussoline, the Haddonfield Sun reports. Mussoline will assume the role in July. He was previously the Superintendent of the Downingtown Area Public School District in Pennsylvania.
Perry retired from his position effective Feb. 28, 2018 due to what the district describes as an "urgent family matter." Initially, he was going to retire when his contract expired on June 30, 2018.

The Board of Education voted in July not to renew Perry's contract. Perry was the superintendent for seven years, and his salary was $157,500 a year, according to the Courier Post.
