Our Lady of Lourdes School of Nursing Congratulates Graduates

Our Lady of Lourdes School of Nursing recently held commencement exercises at Camden County College in Blackwood. Twenty-eight students graduated with a diploma in nursing and an associate in science degree from Camden County College.

Dennis Hunter, Senior Nursing Director, Lourdes Medical Center Burlington County, and Dr. Anne McGinley, Dean of Nursing, Health Sciences and Human Resources, Camden County College, presented the diplomas. Dr. Lisa Easterby, Dean, Our Lady of Lourdes School of Nursing, presented school pins.

The following awards were given:

· Our Lady of Lourdes School of Nursing Alumni Award: Zachary Leonardo

· Sr. M. Elizabeth Corry, OSF Award: Annmarie Kita

· Edward T. Ciccione, MD Award for Excellence in Clinical Obstetrical Nursing: Sharon Matteo

· Vincent T. McDermott Award for Excellence in Medical/Surgical Nursing: Brittany DiOrio

· William Forrest Rahl Award for Exceptional Professionalism in the Field of Nursing: Gina DiAngelo

· Walter F. Wabby Award for Excellence in Emergency Room Nursing: Courtney Signor-Montgomery

· M. Agnes Berger, RN Award for Excellence in Perioperative and Surgical Nursing: William Weyland

· Linda B. Napieralski Memorial Award for Demonstrating Extraordinary Dedication to the Profession of Nursing: Christine Fitzgerald
