Residents Displaying Signs In Support Of Hasbrouck Heights Police Department

The department just ordered more of the orange lawn signs.

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. — The police department has ordered more lawn signs for residents to display.

The orange lawn signs are meant to be displayed in front of residents' houses as a show that they support the department.

The signs are the latest way residents and local officials are showing their support of local police. Dozens of communities throughout North Jersey, including Mahwah, Fair Lawn, and Glen Rock, have painted blue lines down on the street near their police departments as an act of support.
