School Building Repairs and Improvements Underway

Euclid School flooding problems being fixed, painting and other upgrades are being done in some of the school buildings.

Repairs and improvements are currently being made to many of the school facilities in preparation of the new school year.

Work to repair the flooding problem to the basement of  Euclid School was expected to be completed last week, Dina Messery, school district business administrator reported at the recent Board of Education meeting.

At the high school, work is being done to redo one of the old science classrooms, Messery stated. Also the carpeting in the high school media center will be replaced with linoleum flooring. The work is expected to be done during the third week of August after the Keys program is complete.

The gym at Lincoln School is being repainted, Messery explained adding that patchwork is being done to the Euclid School gym as the district plans to repaint the gym next year.
