Hillsborough School Board To Host First-Ever Community Engagement Night

The event is being held as part of the school board's effort to foster open communication and collaboration with district residents.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — As part of an effort to foster open communication and collaboration with district residents, the Hillsborough Township Board of Education will host its first-ever Community Engagement night.

The event will take place on Nov. 14 at Auten Road Intermediate School from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

"The Board of Education is committed to building strong relationships with our community," said Board President Paul Marini. "This event is an opportunity for residents to engage in meaningful dialogue with Board members and learn more about the district’s priorities, absent of the restrictions of a formal Board meeting."

Community Engagement night will provide a platform for attendees to:

  • Connect with Board Members: Discuss individual perspectives and concerns with elected officials.
  • Gain Insights: Learn more about the Board’s role and responsibilities within the school district.
  • Share Feedback: Offer input on important educational matters.
