The Somerset County Business Partnership Human Resources Special Interest Group (HR-SIG) has scheduled “Pitch Perfect: Communicating With All Generations,” a workshop addressing methods of communicating a business message to Baby Boomers, Gen-Xers, and Millennials. The session is scheduled for the conference room at the Business Partnership, 360 Grove Street, Bridgewater, New Jersey on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 from 8:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M.
With Baby Boomers born between 1946 and 1946; Gen-Xers born from 1965 to 1976, and Millennials born from 1977 to 1994, representatives of these generations are the business decision-makers of today and tomorrow. With the advent of the Internet and the major changes in methods of message delivery, effective communication must be crafted for a broad appeal.
