The work will start with left lane closures at 8 p.m. and will move to the right lane as it progresses. At least one lane of traffic will be maintained in both directions.

The closures are necessary to remove raised pavement markers (RPMs). The pavement preservation work will include applying slurry seal and is expected to begin in May. Motorists are asked to use caution, slow down, and expect delays while driving through the work zone.
