Over 1,000 Child Porn Images, Videos Found On Somerset Man's Devices: Prosecutor
Albert J. Ketrow, 28, was charged with 2nd-degree, endangering the welfare of the child - possession of child pornography over 1,000 items.

FRANKLIN, NJ — A Somerset man was charged after police say he had more than 1,000 videos and photos of child pornography.
Albert J. Ketrow, 28, of Garfield Avenue in Somerset was charged with second-degree, endangering the welfare of the child - possession of child pornography over 1,000 items, announced Somerset County Prosecutor John P. McDonald, Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Chief of County Detectives Francisco Roman Jr., and Franklin Township Public Safety Director Quovella M. Maeweather on Friday.
The New Jersey Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force detectives from the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Computer Crimes Unit were notified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) of multiple tips relating to the possession of images depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child.

An investigation found Ketrow was suspected of uploading more than 100 videos and more than 100 additional photographs depicting the sexual abuse and/or exploitation of children under the age of 18, according to authorities.
On Dec. 12, 2023, Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Computer Crimes Unit Detectives, along with members of the Manville Police Department found Ketrow in Manville.

Detectives executed a search warrant on Ketrow's home with the help of officers from the Franklin Township Police Department.
As a result of the search, multiple electronic devices were seized from the home. An initial forensic examination of Ketrow’s phone revealed evidence related to the crime, according to authorities.
On Dec. 12, 2023, Ketrow was arrested without incident and lodged in the Somerset County Jail. He was subsequently released.
The investigation remains ongoing.
