Learn to Play Tennis at Green Knoll & Colonial Park
BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Somerset County Park Commission’s Warrenbrook Pool, located on Warrenville Road in Warren Township, is the county’s only public outdoor swimming facility. Public use of the pool is available by both seasonal passes and daily admissions. The facility will open for the season on Saturday, June 14 at 12:00 Noon. The pool will be open weekends only June 14, 15, 21, and 22. The pool will be open 7 days a week beginning Friday, June 27, 2014 through Monday, September 1, 2014.

A variety of lessons are offered for swimmers of all ability level including Toddlers, Beginner I, Beginner II, Advanced Beginner, and Intermediate. All classes run for two-week sessions, Monday through Friday, for forty minutes either from 10:15 A.M. to10:55 A.M. or from 11:00 A.M to11:40 A.M. The fee for each class is $60 and class size is limited.

Lessons will be offered in three sessions; Monday, June 30 – Friday, July 11; Monday, July 14 – Friday, July 25; and Monday, July 28 – Friday, August 8.

Mail-in registration for Somerset County residents only is now available for swim lessons and seasonal and county ID passes. Registration for out-of-county residents begins Saturday, June 21, 2014 as space permits. For additional information call 908 754-8404.
Tennis lessons are offered at both the Green Knoll Tennis Center on Garretson Road in Bridgewater and at the Colonial Park Tennis Center on Colonial Drive in East Millstone. Registration applications will only be accepted at Green Knoll.
Lessons are available for Beginner, beginner/Advanced Beginner, and Intermediate/Advanced. The one-week lesson series will begin at Green Knoll on Monday, June 30 and at Colonial Park on Monday, July 7.
Colonial Park lessons run from 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. Green Knoll sessions run from 8:00 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. and from 9:45 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Fee is $75 per week at each facility. Registration forms are available at each Tennis Center or by calling 908-722-1200.
