2 Charged With Trespassing, Drug Paraphernalia: Hoboken Cops
Two local men were arrested by Hoboken police last week after they were found trespassing and in possession of drug materials, stolen bike.
HOBOKEN, NJ — Hoboken Police arrested two men last week after both were found to be trespassing and in possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
Andre Alzate-Lianos, 23, Union City, and Jerry Walls, 43, Jersey City, were arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. Both men were arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 23 after they were found trespassing inside at 300 Marshall Dr. by Hoboken Police.
In addition to the drug paraphrenia, Walls was found to be in possession of two kitchen style knives and a Citi bike that had been spray painted white. In addition to the possession and trespassing charges, Walls was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, certain persons not to possess weapons, and receiving stolen property. Both men were taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility, police said.
