4th Teen Charged In Fatal Stabbing Of 15-Year-Old In Hudson County
A 16-year-old was arrested on attempted robbery charges about a week after the death of 15-year-old Allen Flores, officials said.
HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — A teen has been arrested on attempted robbery charges after the fatal stabbing of a 15-year-old boy in Union City earlier this month, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said Thursday.
The 16-year-old Union City boy was arrested about a week after Allen Flores, 15, and a 16-year-old were found stabbed near 40th Street and New York Avenue on Tuesday, Dec. 20, officials said.
Flores died the same night and the 16-year-old, from Union City, was treated at Jersey City Medical Center for serious injuries and his since been released.

The 16-year-old arrested this week faces charges of armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon (stick), and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, prosecutors said.
Investigators from the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit believe five teens fought before stabbings.

Three other teens were charged on attempted robbery and weapons charges last week, officials said.
A 16-year-old boy from Union City was charged with unlawful possession of a knife while two 15-year-olds, a girl and boy, were charged with armed robbery and unlawful possession of a stick.
