Hudson County Man Gave 2 Teen Girls Alcohol, Committed Sex Crime: Prosecutor

The Hudson County prosecutor said a 29-year-old man gave alcohol to two teenage girls and committed a sex crime against one.

HUDSON COUNTY, NJ —A 29-year-old Bayonne resident gave two teen girls alcohol and then committed a sex crime against one of them, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said Tuesday.

Michael Serrano of Bayonne was charged on Monday with one count of third degree aggravated criminal sexual contact and two counts of third degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Prosecutors said that on Friday, representatives from the Bayonne Medical Center Emergency Room contacted them after a 14-year-old girl reported being the victim of a sex crime. An investigation by the Special Victims Unit determined Serrano provided two teenage girls, ages 14 and 15, with alcoholic beverages.
