It’s almost that time to get out the list for the different school supplies your child needs for the upcoming school year. I bet there is the most important school supply not on your list, and that is CONFIDENCE which comes from my self defense classes here at the Hoboken Tiger Schulmann’s.
These type of school supplies is needed to fend of any bully
Bullying has been around since the dawn of man. Back then bullying would happen for survival, but today it is survival but not to live, but for social status survival. Most people feel they need to be apart of something, to fit in and be apart of the “cool” kids. All of my students are the “cool” kids because they are leaders and not followers. My students build their confidence through my Kickboxing classes and close range self defense classes, but each class has the discipline and structure of Karate woven into it.
Besides confidence from my self defense program, these school supplies build focus which of course helps with improving grades!
If you ask me what’s the most important school supplies to purchase for your kids my answer would be confidence. This confidence can only be developed from training and learning how to never quit no matter what!
