Multiple car accidents hampered traffic at the George Washington Bridge, and a broken-down vehicle blocked lanes at the Holland Tunnel on Monday, officials reported.
511NJ.org reported as of 2:18 p.m., there was a disabled vehicle at the north tube of the Holland Tunnel westbound on the New Jersey side in Jersey City. All lanes were blocked, 511NJ stated.

Meanwhile at the George Washington Bridge on Monday, a pair of car crashes blocked a lane and caused minor traffic delays.
According to a Port Authority alert issued at 12:59 p.m., the GWB Upper to New York experienced delays due to a pair of separate accidents.

NJ Transit issued the following advisory about the crashes:
“George Washington Bridge eastbound, has encountered motor vehicle accidents. Left blocked. Bus service is experiencing minimal delays.”
511NJ.org posted an alert about a disabled tractor trailer on Monday afternoon:
“As of 2:23 p.m., there's a disabled tractor trailer on the George Washington Bridge westbound Upper Trans Manhattan Expressway in Manhattan. Right lane blocked.”
