Chef Pino, Pilsener Haus, Opening Catering Hall
The new event space will open in July above the biergarten.

Two of Hoboken's most prominent restauranteurs are collaborating on a new culinary project, according to a press release. In July chef Anthony Pino and the owners of the Pilsener Haus will open the Kolo Klub, a new catered event space located above the biergarten.
Pino and his wife Liz Pino own the restaurants and . They also own a catering company called AD Catering & Events. They are partnering with the Pilsener Haus' owners, Andrej Ivanov and Ladislav Sebestyan. Vince Crysler, the director of operations for AD is also prominently involved in the new venture.
The renovated industrial building at 1422 Grand Street that will house the new event space is over 100 years old. The event space itself will occupy 4,000 square feet of space on the second floor loft and will be able to hold events for up to 200 guests.

“Now we have a home,” Pino was quoted in the press release. “We intend to make Kolo Klub a place for unforgettable gatherings.”
