This Hoboken landmark will present its popular annual Gala dinner on New Year's Eve, after regular dinner seating from 5.00 - 7.00pm.

The three-course prix-fixe celebration by Executive Chef Douglas Gough includes starter choices of Potato Leek Soup, Mesclun Salad, Lobster & Smoked Salmon Tart, and more.Entrée choices include Beef Wellington, Moroccan Crusted Rack of Lamb, Whole Roasted Branzino, and Chicken Breast 65º.  Desserts?  Try Warm Chocolate Ganache Cake, Opera Cake, Poached Pears, Lavender Crème Brûlée, Fresh Fruit Sorbet, or Ice Cream.  Plus a champagne toast to ring in 2012!

$70 pp; option to upgrade to open bar, +$40pp
