This century-old, beautifully restored Hoboken landmark features the New American cuisine of Executive Chef Douglas Gaugh. His seasonally spot-on three-course prix-fixe menu starts with a choice of Butternut Squash Soup; Red Oak Salad w/Pumpkin Oil Vinaigrette; Pumpkin, Vidalia Onion & Goat Cheese Tart; Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad; and more. In addition to Roasted Turkey Dinner, entrées include choice of Pan-Seared Snapper; Beef Wellington; Honey & Jalapeño Marinated Chicken Breast; or Pumpkin Ravioli. For dessert: Lavender Crème Brûlée; Pumpkin-Marshmallow Pie; Key Lime Tart; or ice cream and sorbets. Soda, coffee and tea are included, along with a scoop of ice cream if ordering from the children's menu.
