Fat Taco Tequila Bar Restaurant Opens In Hoboken

HOBOKEN, NJ — You've tried Taco Tuesday; how about taco weekend? A new restaurant called Fat Taco Tequila Bar had its grand opening Friday at 32 Newark St., near the Hoboken Train station.

They plan to offer dinner and nightlife for most of each week, and add in brunch on weekends.

A video posted early Sunday shows how opening weekend is going.

According to the manager, their hours will be: Wednesday 4 p.m.-10 p.m. for dinner; Thursday 4-2 for dinner and nightlife; Friday 4-3 for dinner, nightlife, and a bar at night; Saturday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (brunch, dinner, and nightlife) and Sunday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for brunch and dinner.
