Two Jersey City fire personnel — a captain and a firefighter — slipped on the ice at the scene and were treated for minor injuries at the hospital, said Jersey City public safety spokeswoman Kim Wallace-Scalcione. One had an injured elbow and one injured his back, she said.
There's no word on the damage or how the fire started yet, Rubin said. But photos show open windows on all floors and damage to at least the second-floor units.
