Hoboken Cops: Man Burglarized Apartment, Arrested For Fraud At Union City TD Bank
Hoboken police arrested a Hudson County man after he allegedly burglarized a 2nd Street apartment on Tuesday evening, authorities say.
Hoboken, NJ – Hoboken police arrested a Hudson County man after he allegedly burglarized a 2nd Street apartment on Tuesday evening, authorities say.
According to the Hoboken Police Department, officers responded to the residence on a report of a burglary to find damage to the front door of the victim’s building as well as their apartment door.
The victim told police that several items were missing, authorities said.

While officers were still on the scene, the victim’s bank notified them about a fraudulent activity on their account at a Union City TD Bank branch, authorities stated.

The bank then contacted the Union City Police Department, who arrested Enzo Maggiore, 42, of Jersey City, authorities said.
Police later determined that Maggiore was allegedly the person who entered the 2nd Street apartment, authorities stated.
Authorities charged Maggiore with four counts of forgery offenses, burglary and theft.
