Hoboken Homeless Vet Housing Gets Final Go-Ahead
Hoboken's American Legion Post 107 plans to build a six-unit housing facility for homeless veterans on 2nd Street.

Hoboken, NJ - Hoboken’s American Legion Post 107 received the final go-ahead to build a six-unit homeless veteran housing facility from the City Council during its public meeting on March 16.
The local American Legion plans to create a 900 square foot, six-unit housing facility for homeless veterans at its 2nd Street building, including a kitchen, meeting rooms and a laundry station.

Commander of Post 107 John Carey told The Hoboken Reporter that construction is expected to take between a year and 18 months.
