Hoboken IT Company Sold To Kenilworth Provider

Hoboken, NJ – Hoboken-based IT company The Systems Group (TSG) now has a new owner.

On Thursday, Kenilworth-based Diversified – a national provider of presentation AV, broadcast, IT and managed services – announced that it had acquired TSG.

“Their space planning, technical consulting, and engineering expertise along with a talented and experienced staff of professionals will continue to serve their customers and contribute to [our] portfolio of services,” Diversified stated in a company news release.

“We are extremely excited that our team is joining Diversified,” said TSG principal Christopher Mehos.

According to its website, Diversified employs more than 300 full-time employees and “numerous independent contractors as projects dictate.”
