The 30-year veteran ironworker recently worked on the Oculus structure, which canopies the new World Trade Center Transportation Hub. Every morning, he stops on his way to work to pick up coffee and play the lottery at the Quick Chek on East 53rd Street in Bayonne, officials said.

He plans to use his latest winnings to help his fiancée create a dream wedding for her daughter, officials said.

“For those wondering his secret, James does not play any special or meaningful numbers, just some Quick Pick selections and the right amount of luck,” lottery officials said.

His numbers for the 2015 jackpot were: 07, 23, 29, 32, and 40.

His numbers for the 2016 jackpot were: 11, 13, 19, 25 and 33.
