Jersey Corn Pizza And More: 'Madison Pizza Lab' Restaurant Opens In Hoboken
The manager of the popular Madison Bar & Grill in Hoboken is experimenting with Jersey corn and other ingredients at the Madison Pizza Lab.
HOBOKEN, NJ — After teasing photos of his pizza experiments on social media since last year, Hoboken restaurateur Dave Carney — who manages the Madison Bar & Grill uptown — has now opened his downtown Madison Pizza Lab for walk-in customers.
The long-awaited restaurant has taken over a spot at 152 Newark St., near the city's southern border and walkable from the Hoboken train station.
