New Hoboken Pizza Shop Pays Homage To Delfino's Restaurant With Special Pie

A new pizzeria in Hoboken has a pie on its menu that pays homage to the longtime Delfino's Italian restaurant. See the menu below.

HOBOKEN, NJ — The Pizza Shop on the west side of Hoboken, which is now open for delivery but not on-site dining, offers a limited menu of specialty pizzas — including one that pays homage to the beloved restaurant that was in the spot before.

The shop, at 500 Jefferson St., replaced Delfino's, which was open for 34 years. It had served everything from Lobster fra Diavalo to pork chops to chicken parmesean to various pizzas.

The new shop, a cobrand with Flour, features the Defino pie, for $28. It contains tomato, mozzarella, fennel sausage, Calabrian chili oil, and roast onion.
