3. Hudson Regional unveils $500K remodeled Hoboken infusion center (njbiz.com subscription) — Cancer patients in Hoboken now have expanded local treatment options, as Hudson Regional Health has doubled the size of the Infusion Center at Hoboken University Hospital and invested about $500,000 in upgrades. With more chairs, longer hours, and additional oncology staff, residents can receive chemotherapy and other infusions closer to home instead of traveling out of town.
   

4. Hoboken Passes New Waterfront Sound Permit Ordinance (hobokengirl.com) — Hoboken has tightened rules on amplified sound along the northern waterfront, requiring permits and setting hours and equipment limits for venues like Pier 13 and nearby businesses. If you live near 14th Street or enjoy waterfront events, expect music to start later, end by 10 p.m., and follow stricter volume and speaker placement rules to reduce noise in nearby homes.
   

5. Hoboken unveils 60 temporary parking spaces as part of North End improvements (hudsoncountyview.com) — Hoboken is opening 60 temporary parking spaces on 15th Street as part of a larger North End redevelopment that includes a future 275-space municipal garage. Over the coming years, residents can expect new housing, retail, open space, and resurfaced streets, plus a $4 million community benefit, all aimed at improving access, safety, and resiliency in northwest Hoboken.
