Petito brings an extensive business background to his new venture with TBA. He spent the last 20 years as a chief strategy officer working with top-tier life sciences companies and early-stage biotech firms. Previously, he was a practicing attorney specializing in estate, tax and commercial law in New York City. Petito is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Attain Growth Advisors, a strategic growth advisory firm started in 2021, and is launching an Exit Factor franchise in Hudson County later this year.

Petito has a Bachelor of Arts in behavioral science and business administration from the University at Albany, a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, and a Doctorate of Business Administration from Pace University. Petito is a native New Jerseyan. He raised his two daughters in Short Hills and now lives in Jersey City, where he enjoys playing golf and attending cultural events.
