Water Crew Investigating 'Isolated Leak' In Uptown Hoboken

Veolia Water said a crew was working on a water leak in uptown Hoboken, and one block was closed Wednesday nigh.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Crews from Veolia Water were "investigating an isolated leak" on Bloomfield Street in uptown Hoboken on Wednesday night, and a block was closed off, they said.

"We will update as repairs continue" they said about the leak, between 12th and 13th streets.

As Hoboken continues upgrading its water infrastructure, it's dealt with several water main breaks recently, including one last week at the other end of town.
