3 Cars Broken Into, Stolen In Holmdel Monday Morning
Cars were either broken into or stolen from driveways on Blue Hills, Burgundy and Grandview Drive today. One car was recovered in Newark.
HOLMDEL, NJ — Three cars in total were broken into in Holmdel Monday, and two of the vehicles were stolen, said Holmdel police.
All incidents occurred in the early morning hours of Monday, Feb. 10.
Holmdel police said the first call came in at approximately 3 a.m., when a Mercedes Benz was discovered to have been stolen from a home on Blue Hills Drive. Matawan Police engaged in a pursuit of the vehicle, and the luxury car was recovered in Newark at approximately 6 a.m. this same day.

A second vehicle was broken into on Burgundy Drive, likely occurring prior to 3 a.m. today.
A third vehicle, a 2016 Audi A6, was reported stolen from a home on Grandview Drive; this report was taken at 7:44 a.m., said police.
