Through NFL Flag/USA Football and their FUNdamentals
system, Oben Flag Football introduces children to the sport by teaching basic skills in a FUN and energetic environment. USAF-certified coaches use a series
of drills to show passing, catching and running skills in a non-contact setting. All skills and drills combine Roman Oben’s experience with NFL Flag’s Progression Development Model, ensuring children are learning in an
age-appropriate manner and in an ideal atmosphere for FUN!

Roman Oben was a starting left tackle in the NFL for over 90% of his games played for the Giants, Browns, Chargers and the Super Bowl XXXVII Buccaneers, and since 2003, he has run instructional football camps around the country. He is also an adjunct professor at Farleigh Dickenson University in sports administration and has
testified in U.S. Congressional hearings on the importance of safety in youth sports. For his commitment to youth development, Roman was the San Diego Big Brothers/Big
Sisters 2007 Man of the Year.
FUNdamentals, powered by Oben Flag Football, is an official NFL PLAY 60 program. As seen in prominent TV
spots, NFL PLAY 60 is the League's national youth health and fitness campaign, encouraging young fans to be active for at least 60 minutes a day. To date, the NFL has dedicated over $200 million to youth health and wellness through NFL PLAY 60.
